How a salesperson can handle a quote request

A. Accept salesperson invitation

If store admin add you in their salesperson team, you'll get a invitation email "Create salesperson account". Click accept invitation to get access to app.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam or search "support@omegatheme.com", "Quote Snap - Hide Price - B2B".

After accepting invitation, your store admin can assign quotes to you and you'll be sent to Quote Snap app. In this link, you can see quotes assigned to you in Quote list and take a look at your Profile.

Note: Before accepting your invitation, your admin can still assign quote you. If you have any concerns, contact your store owner.

B. Handle quote request

  • When you are assigned to a quote, you'll receive an email "Quote assign"

  • Click open email and you'll get a link to get access to your quote.

  • Then you are redirected to quote detail. Here you can handle quote request with all the permissions that you have. All features are disabled that means you don't have permissions to take actions. Follow this guide to manage your quote request efficiently.

  • When you're back to Quote list, you take a look at all the quote requests you have access to.
